The present invention provides new unique cannabis lines, extracts and methods for their use in anti-inflammatory therapies and modalities. The method includes generation of unique lines, whole plant extract preparation, treating normal human 3D tissues with UV to induce inflammation, and then with extracts in amount sufficient to profoundly down-regulate inflammation and molecular pathways involved in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), irritable bowel disease (IBD) and other auto- inflammatory disorders. The modulation of these pathways is a key to treatment success in RA and other auto-inflammatory disorders.La présente invention concerne de nouvelles lignées uniques de cannabis, des extraits et des procédés pour leur utilisation dans des thérapies et des modalités anti-inflammatoires. Le procédé comprend la génération de lignées uniques, la préparation d'extrait végétal entier, le traitement de tissus 3D humains normaux par des UV pour induire une inflammation, puis par des extraits en une quantité suffisante pour réguler fortement à la baisse l'inflammation et les voies moléculaires impliquées dans la polyarthrite rhumatoïde (PA), la maladie inflammatoire de l'intestin et d'autres troubles auto-inflammatoires.
