PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tanning agents having a durability to keep a color for longer days by containing a component enhancing the durability of skin coloring.SOLUTION: A tanning agent of the present invention contains a component which colors by reacting with a skin component. The component which colors by reacting with a skin component comprises dihydroxyacetone and/or erythrulose. The tanning agent of the invention further comprises a component which enhances the durability of skin coloring.
