An objective of the present invention is to supply water and a nutrient solution to a pot support using a drip hose, so as to supply a uniform amount of the water and nutrient solution from the drip hose to pot holes longitudinally and laterally arranged on the pot support. By having an over hole drilled on each pot hole at a prescribed height, the water and nutrient solution are supplied to a seedling pot inserted into each pot hole from the bottom and surplus water and nutrient solution are discharged through the over hole to use a minimal amount of water and nutrient solution.
