PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for amelioration of irregular menstruation accompanied by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), etc.
SOLUTION: The invention relates to the composition for amelioration of irregular menstruation comprising acetic acid as an active ingredient. The inventor paid attention on vinegar and acetic acid which is a principal ingredient of vinegar having various healthy functions, and recognized that irregular menstruation is ameliorated by ingestion of a composition comprising acetic acid as active component. The composition for amelioration of irregular menstruation comprises a component which is a principal ingredient of vinegar, and makes no trouble in ingestion of every day.
