Device (10) for locking unicortical pins, comprising: a pin-locking arm (101) provided with two seats (101a, 101b) suitable for locking a corresponding number of unicortical pins and a connection base (102) which is intended to be coupled to a connecting body (11) of an anchoring group for an external fixator and which extends in an angled relationship with respect to said pin-locking arm (101) and away from both seats (101a, 101b), said connection base (102) having a point (102a) for fastening to the connecting body (11) that is not aligned with said seats (101a, 101b).
