PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and compositions for enhancing stem cell mobilization.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method of using fucoidan to enhance stem cell mobilization in a subject, including hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs). In one embodiment, a blended composition of fruits, mushrooms, microorganisms, maternal fluids, and extracts thereof are used to promote trafficking of stem cells, resulting in migration of the above stem cells to specific sites for maintenance and repair within tissues and/or organs.
