The present invention discloses a lesion prosthesis, wherein a cavity in a ball structure is used for encapsulating drug/developer to be applied for evaluating the quantitative effects of medical imaging systems (SPECT, PET, or MRI) on drugs and images. The cavity of lesion prosthesis is connected with a tapered ring having a tapered design, and sealed with silicone plugs to facilitate the perfusion of drug/developer, so as to reduce the overflow, bubbles residual, and signal/radioactive contamination. Moreover, the present invention employs a retractable/length-replaceable fixation rod, such that the position of the lesion prosthesis may be flexibly adjusted.
