The present application relates to the use of bacterial CNF (Cytotoxic Necrotizing Factor) and/or DNT (dermonecrotic toxin) as active ingredients or active ingredient for the prevention and/or the treatment of malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said active ingredient(s) for said use and a method of prevention and/or treatment of malaria, comprising the administration of bacterial CNF (Cytotoxic Necrotizing Factor) and/or DNT (dermonecrotic toxin) or of a composition comprising it/them to a patient in need thereof.La présente demande concerne l'utilisation de CNF (facteur cytotoxique nécrosant) bactérien et/ou de DNT (toxine dermonécrotique) en tant que principes actifs ou principe actif pour la prévention et/ou le traitement du paludisme provoqué par Plasmodium falciparum, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ledit ou lesdits principes actifs pour ladite utilisation et un procédé de prévention et/ou de traitement du paludisme, comprenant l'administration de CNF (facteur cytotoxique nécrosant) bactérien et/ou de DNT (toxine dermonécrotique) ou d'une composition le ou les comprenant à un patient le nécessitant.
