PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for growing plants by individually setting a radiation time of concerning composite rays, while maintaining a concentration of phenol in the leaves of the plants as well as maintaining a concentration of Kjeldahl nitrogen administering nutrient concentration in the plants.SOLUTION: A method for using light rays that control growing of plants is provided in which, by using devices having composite rays of blue light, green light, yellow light, and red light, the composite rays are radiated to the plants at night or in a darkness individually, separately, or simultaneously so as to let a concentration of phenol increase or decrease in the leaves of the plants as well as let a concentration of Kjeldahl nitrogen increase or decrease.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物の葉体内にフェノール含有量を保持させながら、植物体内の栄養濃度を司る、ケルダール窒素含有量をも保持させて、当該複合光線の照射時間を個々に設定し、植物育成する方法を提供する。【解決手段】青色光、緑色光、黄色光、赤色光との複合光線を有する装置にて、夜間または、暗黒時に当該複合光線を当該植物に個々、別々又は同時に、照射し当該植物の葉体内にフェノール含有量を増加、減少させながら、ケルダール窒素をも増加、減少させ、植物育成制御する光線利用方法。【選択図】図1
