A method of controlling weeds in the cultivated area, comprising: administering an effective amount of a nonselective herbicide on the cultivated area since it grows on soybean plant comprising a nucleic acid molecule events 127.2. The method of claim 1, wherein the nucleic acid molecule events 127 includes a nucleic acid molecule specific for an event 127.3. The method of claim 1, wherein the nucleic acid molecule comprises a sequence of events 127 nucleic acids of SEQ ID NO: 1.4. The method of claim 1, wherein the non-selective herbicide comprises (A) AHAS inhibiting herbicide, (B) a combination of AHAS inhibiting herbicides, or (C) a combination of (A) or (B) a herbicide selected from the group consisting of an EPSPS-inhibiting herbicide, GS inhibiting herbicides that inhibit PPO herbicides, auxin herbicides and kombinatsii.5. A method according to claim 4 wherein the AHAS inhibiting herbicide is imazapyr, imazapic or any kombinatsiyu.6. The method of claim 1, wherein the weeds are resistant to glifosatu.7. A method of controlling glyphosate-resistant weeds in the cultivated area, comprising: administering an effective amount of AHAS inhibiting herbicide on the cultivated area since it grows on soybean plant comprising a nucleic acid molecule events 127.8. A method according to claim 7, wherein the soybean plant comprises the nucleic acid molecule to the nucleic acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1.9.
