The assembly has a prosthetic femoral stem (1) comprising a female engagement cavity (2) to receive a prosthetic cervix. A temporary insert (5) comprises a proximal gripping end (5a) and a distal engagement end that is designed to be shifted and fixed in a removable manner in the female engagement cavity. A gripper (6) comprises connection units (7) that are designed for fixing the connection units on the proximal gripping end of the temporary insert in which the proximal end exceeds out of the female cavity to allow fixing of the gripper when the insert is fixed in the female cavity.Ensemble comprenant une tige fémorale (1) prothétique à cavité d'engagement femelle (2) destinée à recevoir un col prothétique amovible.
