The present invention relates to a combination of cineol and amoxicillin for use in the treatment of a bacterial infection in a subject. The present combination may further comprise a β-lactamase inhibitor, preferably clavulanic acid. The combination according to the invention makes it possible in particular to fight against infections caused by bacteria resistant to antibiotics, preferably antibiotics of the β-lactam family.La présente invention concerne une combinaison de cinéol et d'amoxicilline pour une utilisation dans le traitement d'une infection bactérienne chez un sujet. La présente combinaison peut en outre comprendre un inhibiteur de β-lactamases, de préférence de l'acide clavulanique. La combinaison selon l'invention permet en particulier de lutter contre les infections causées par des bactéries résistantes aux antibiotiques, de préférence aux antibiotiques de la famille des β-lactamines.
