<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon catheter enabling gas in a balloon and an injection lumen to be easily discharged to the external without enlarging the outer diameter of the catheter or breaking the balloon in simple constitution. <；P>；SOLUTION: The balloon catheter is provided with a catheter body, the balloon, a hub, and a liquid injection tube for balloon dilation that is attachable and detachable to the catheter body. The injection tube has a connector at a base end part. When its distal end part is inserted to the tip of the injection lumen from the base end opening part of the injection lumen, and as the connector is installed to be engaged in the hub of the catheter to be fixed, a gap is formed between an outside surface of the injection tube and an inside surface of the catheter body composing the injection lumen, and a passage in communication with the gap is formed in the fitting face between an outside surface of the connector and an inside surface of the hub, thereby the problem is solved. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
