A multipurpose radiotherapy system comprises a base a movement bed a roller and a treatment head. The movement bed and the roller are disposed on the base. The treatment head is mounted on the roller. The treatment head comprises a multi source focusing treatment head and an intensity modulated treatment head. The multi source focusing treatment head and the intensity modulated treatment head are distributed on two sides of the roller and are connected to the roller by means of an arc. The multipurpose radiotherapy system achieves the objective of performing three dimensional oriented multi source focusing treatment and the intensity modulated treatment on a same device.
