The present invention relates to a method for using an electronic cigarette, which is generally used for helping quitting smoking or substituting smoking, as an auxiliary tool for substituting smoking and further improving health, by shifting a viewpoint. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique for using aromatherapy which recently gets attention and is one of traditional therapies, creating a new concept that a conventional electronic cigarette is not simply a tool for helping quitting smoking or substituting smoking, but a tool for improving immune function or relieving psychological stability. It is generally said that one of the biggest reasons that smokers cannot quit smoking is nicotine. The most important pharmacological effect of nicotine is a psychological effect. Nicotine has a temporary reliving effect of giving mental stability and relieving tension. As the smokers cannot quit smoking due to the pharmacological effect, the present invention ultimately induces quitting smoking by substituting an effect of smoking, by adding aromatherapy which has a cigarette-like fragrance and a pharmacological effect similar to nicotine, but is beneficial for a human body.본 발명은 일반적으로 금연보조 혹은 흡연대체를 위하여 사용하는 전자담배를 발상의 전환을 통하여 흡연을 대체하고 더 나아가서는 건강 증진을 위한 보조도구로서 사용하기 위한 방법이다. 보다 상세하게는 기존의 전자담배의 개념을 단순히 금연보조나 흡연대체 도구가 아닌 면역기능 강화나 심리적인 안정을 위한 도구로서 사용할 수 있도록 발상의 전환을 하여 근래 각광을 받고 있는 전통적인 치료법중의 하나인 아로마테라피를 사용하도록 하는 기술에 관한 것이다.흡연자들이 쉽게 금연에 도달하지 못하는 가장 큰 이유 중의 하나는 담배의 주된 성분 중의 하나인 니코틴 때문이라는 것이 일반적인 속설이다. 니코틴의 약리 작용 중 가장 중요한 것이 심리적 효과이다. 니코틴은 정신적 안정감을 느끼고, 긴장감이 해소되는 일시적인 진정효과가 있다. 이러한 니코틴의 약리작용 때문에 쉽게 금연에 도달하지 못하므로 이를 담배맛 향과 더불어 니코틴과 유사한 약리작용을 가지지만 인체에 유익한 아로마테라피를 첨가함으로써 흡연의 효과를 대체하여 궁극적으로 금연을 유발할 수 있도록 한다.
