CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation contains choline alfoscerate and magnesium silicate aluminate. A method for preparing choline alfoscerate tablets comprises: a step of mixing choline alfoscerate and magnesium silicate aluminate at high speed and adsorbing the choline alfoscerate to the magnesium silicate aluminate； a step of adding microcrystalline cellulose to the adsorbed material； a step of drying the mixture and mixing with colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, low substitution hydroxyl propyl cellulose, and magnesium stearate； and a step of tableting and film-coating with Opadry.본 발명은 액상 형태인 콜린알포세레이트를 마그네슘알루미늄실리케이트에 흡착시켜 고체 형태의 제형화가 가능한 콜린알포세레이트를 함유하는 약학 제제, 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 콜린알포세레이트를 함유하는 약학 제제는, 보관 안정성, 복용 편의성이 뛰어나고, 유해성 논란이 없으며, 제조방법 간단하고 별도의 제조장치가 필요없어 생산비용이 적게 소요되는 효과가 있다.
