The present invention relates to a pico-second laser color processing method at surface of needle head. The method includes the following steps: step 1: pico-second laser color marking step 2: cutter cutting step 3: ultrasonic pickling a deoxidized film step 4: needle head electrolysis passivation processing step 5: cleaning and drying step 6: adhering and assembling the needle head and a needle base step 7: vacuum packaging and optical inspecting step 8: sterilization processing. The present invention is an invasive injection device including two major parts: a needle base and a syringe. The pico-second laser is used to perform color marking on the surface of the needle head. The initial point of a first marking position is located at a position 3mm ceded from the needle tip, three small sections are provided, the length of each small section is 2.5mm, the distance between a front color section and a rear color section is 2.5mm, which is a non-processing position and the color is the original color of the needle head. Three different color marks are provided according to the original color of the surface of the needle head described in the present invention, two sections between the three different color sections are given the original color of the needle head. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the first section is green, which represents a safe zone the second section is yellow, which represents a warning zone and the third section is red, which represents a danger zone. The aforementioned embodiments are described in detail as above, and figures used in the following descriptions are merely intended to illustrate or assist in the description, and are not necessarily the standard or actual proportions and configurations implemented by the present invention.
