Disclosed herein are an in situ-forming, bioadhesive hydrogel and the medical uses thereof. Being formed by in situ crosslinking through an enzymatic reaction, the hydrogel has an advantage over conventional bioadhesive hydrogels in terms of biocompatibility. In addition, the in situ-forming bioadhesive hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility and mechanical strength and has excellent tissue adhesiveness thanks to modification with/without dopa derivatives. The hydrogel finds a variety of applications in the biomedical field, including bioadhesives or hemostats, implant substances for tissue regeneration and augmentation, carriers for delivering biologically active materials or drugs, etc.본 발명은 생체 주입형 조직 접착성 하이드로젤 및 이의 생의학적 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도파 또는 이의 유도체를 포함하는 생체 주입형 조직 접착성 하이드로젤에 관한 것으로, 상기 생체 주입형 조직 접착성 하이드로젤은 종래 조직 접착성 하이드로젤과 달리 체내에서 일어나는 효소 반응에 의한 in situ 가교 형성을 유도하여 하이드로젤을 형성함으로써 보다 생체적합성이 우수한 in situ 형성 조직 접착성 하이드로젤을 제공하며 동시에 합성 고분자와 천연 고분자의 하이브리드화로 인하여 생체적합성 및 기계적 강도가 우수하고 도파 유도체의 결합을 통해 우수한 조직 접착력을 갖는다. 이러한 하이드로젤은 조직접착 및 지혈용 소재, 조직재생 및 충진용 임플란트 소재, 생리활성 물질 또는 약물 전달체용 담체 등을 포함한 다양한 생의학적 용도로 사용될 수 있다.
