The present invention relates to a variable-form greenhouse structure, and more specifically, to a variable-form greenhouse structure, which can be controlled without much effort by automating the variation of the greenhouse for the aging population in rural areas, has a roof which can be automatically opened/closed depending on weather conditions, can lower height so as to reduce indoor capacity and thereby saving energy, and which endures strong wind pressure. The present invention comprises: one pair of guide walls (20) which are inserted into guide grooves that are formed on the ground and separated apart from each other a wall body (100), which is inserted between the one pair of guide walls (20), for sliding vertically a rack gear (111) which is coupled to the outer side of the guide walls (20) in a vertical direction a pinion gear (210), which is connected to a driving portion, for vertically moving the wall body (100) by means of being in gear with the rack gear (111) and a wind pressure plate (300), which is separated from the wall body (100) at a specific distance and has one end of which is hinge-coupled to the ground, for adjusting an incline angle with respect to the ground. As a result, the variation of the greenhouse structure is automated so that anybody can easily operate the greenhouse structure, temperature inside the greenhouse structure is effectively maintained by completely opening or lowering the structure when the inside temperature is high or low and by enabling automatic opening/closing of the roof of the greenhouse structure depending on weather conditions, maintenance and repair is simple because a user can replace a damaged cell of the greenhouse structure when the cell is partially damaged, wherein the damaged cell can be recycled and reused by comprising glass, plastic, or wooden material, and damage to the cell is automatically detected and immediately notified to the user so that the temperature inside the greenhouse structure does
