An electrosurgical device (30a) includes a handle (101), a shaft (108) distal to the handle, a first electrode tip (102a) and a second electrode tip (102b) adjacent a distal end of the shaft. The first electrode tip can be spaced from the second electrode tip and can include a first U-shaped electrode. The second electrode tip can include a second U-shaped electrode. The device (30a) can include at least one fluid outlet for delivering fluid around the surfaces of the first and second electrodes and onto the surface of tissue being treated. The first electrode (102a) can be coplanar with the second electrode (102b). The first electrode can include a wire electrode having a U- shape which surrounds a perimeter of the second electrode and is spaced from the second electrode by an aperture. The first electrode can include a pointed tip.
