PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of prediction accuracy of a blood sugar level even when information obtained according to the past action of an user includes omission.SOLUTION: A blood sugar level prediction device includes: a measuring means for measuring a physical quantity that varies according to users exercise a storage means for memorizing schedule information including the contents of exercise and a period in which the contents of exercise are done associated with each other, and measuring history information which is the measurement information corresponding to the measured physical quantity recorded in a time series and a calculation means for calculating a predicted temporal change of blood sugar level of the user based on the time-series measurement information recorded in the measuring history information.
