PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological apparatus capable of optimizing vision fixation in accordance with a photographing mode.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological apparatus includes a photographing mode selection unit, a photographic optical system, a vision fixation optical system, and a control unit. The photographing mode selection unit selects any one of a plurality of photographing modes including a color photographing mode and a fluorescent photographing mode. The photographic optical system photographs a subjects eye in a photographing mode selected by the photographing mode selection unit. The vision fixation optical system includes a vision fixation target display unit for displaying a vision fixation target, and projects onto the subjects eye an image of the vision fixation target displayed by the vision fixation target display unit.
