A compound denture and a method for making the same are disclosed herein. The method comprises steps of obtaining digital design data of an oral cavity, molding a main body with a basic denture sh ape and made of high molecular material by using a dental milling machine or a 3D printer according to the digital design data, spraying a media layer on the surface of the main body, and finally spraying a nano-ceramic layer on the media layer to get a compound complete denture which has a structure with a high strength and can be manufactured in a time, labor and cost efficient manner.本發明係有關於一種複合式義齒及其製造方法,係在取得口腔內數位設計資料後透過齒雕機或3D列印機成型一構成義齒基礎形狀的高分子材料本體,在高分子材料本體的表面噴塗介質層,於介質層外再噴塗奈米陶瓷層;俾透過上述構造,得到一結構強度佳、製作省時省工、成本低之複合式全口義齒結構。(1)‧‧‧高分子材料本體(2)‧‧‧介質層(3)‧‧‧奈米陶瓷層
