A dressing for the control of severe bleeding comprising a self-adhesive film secured with a removable protective layer and an absorbent wound filling which connects with the film when applying the dressing is characterized in that it comprises a pump (1) connected with a separator (2) whose one outlet (2.2) is ended with a choke (3), and the remaining two outlets (2.1 and 2.3) are connected with the pump (1) and a conduit pipe (4) which is further connected with a next choker (5), wherein thee second end of said choker (5) is connected with a conduit pipe (6) which leads through a bracing holder (8) and a hole in the self-adhesive film (7), wherein the conduit pipe (6) has perforation holes (9) circumferentially disposed in the section thereof designed to be placed in the wound.La présente invention concerne un pansement pour le contrôle dun saignement important, ledit pansement comprenant un film autoadhésif fixé à une couche de protection amovible et un élément absorbant de comblement de plaie qui se raccorde au film lors de lapplication du pansement, ledit pansement est caractérisé en ce quil comprend une pompe (1) raccordée à un séparateur (2) dont une sortie (2.2) est terminée par un orifice calibré (3), et les deux sorties restantes (2.1 et 2.3) sont raccordées à la pompe (1) et à un tube de canalisation (4) qui est en outre raccordé à un dispositif détranglement (5) suivant, la seconde extrémité dudit dispositif détranglement (5) étant raccordée à un tube de canalisation (6) qui mène à travers un support de renfort (8) et un trou dans le film autoadhésif (7), le tube de canalisation (6) ayant des trous de perforation (9) disposés de manière circonférentielle dans sa section conçue pour être placée dans la plaie.
