PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning and sterilizing instrument having a structure permitting a liquid in a member to be discharged to be unerringly removed in a short time after a cleaning process, the sterilizing process or the rinsing process ends.
SOLUTION: The endoscope cleaning and sterilizing instrument includes circulation ducts 9b, and 18 to 20 circulating the liquid M to a cleaning and sterilizing tank 4, first discharge ducts 10, 19, 59a, 59b, a discharge pump 60, a switching block 10, three-way valves 151 and 152, draining ducts 44 to 46, a discharge block 120 having a constricted portion 122 and sucking the liquid M by causing negative pressure in the channel after driving the discharge pump 60 by the constricted portion 122. The discharge block 120 connects the draining ducts 44 to 46 to the discharge side rather than the constricted portion 122, and further sucks a remaining liquid stored in the switching block 10, the three-way valves 151 and 152 by the negative pressure through the draining ducts 44 to 46.
