PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear pad device allowing a head band and an ear cup to be easily assembled, and capable of being easily folded as thin as possible.SOLUTION: The ear pad device includes the head band 10 and the ear cup 20. The head band 10 includes two band-shaped band members including a first band member 101 and a second band member 102. Sliding grooves 103 and 104 parallel in the longitudinal direction are formed in the respective band members, and an engaging stopper 105 or 106 provided in each band member is connected to the sliding groove of the other band member slidably and inescapably. The ear cup 20 includes a ring-shaped ring member 201 and a support shaft connecting piece 202 integrally formed in the ring member and having a support shaft 204.
