The present invention provides a VEGF-BPB specifically binding to a VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), a nucleic acid molecule coding the same, a recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases, comprising the VEGF-BPB. In the VEGF-BPB in accordance with the present invention, two distal VEGF-target binding regions, which are bound to either end portion of a structure stabilizing region, are bound to targets cooperatively and synergetically, thereby inhibiting VEGF-induced angiogenesis.본 발명은 VEGF에 특이적으로 결합하는 VEGF-BPB, 이를 코딩하는 핵산 분자, 상기 핵산 분자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 VEGF-BPB를 포함하는 혈관신생 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 VEGF-BPB에서 구조 안정화 부위의 양 말단에 결합되어 있는 이격된(distal) 두 개의 VEGF-타겟 결합 부위는 서로 협동적으로(cooperatively), 시너직(synergetically)하게 타겟에 결합하여 VEGF-유도 신생혈관형성(angiogenesis)을 억제한다.
