To provide a solid bath agent composition which generates carbon dioxide gas when it is used, sufficiently enhances the warm bath effect depending on a liquid component, and ensures an excellent moldability and storage stability by effectively suppressing leakage.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid bath agent composition containing the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) an aggregate of dicarboxylic acid crystals having an oil absorption of 40 mL/100 g or more and 200 mL/100 g or less, (B) carbonate, and (C) 1% or more of one or two or more liquid component selected from an oil component (C1) of liquid at 20°C and a surfactant (C2) of liquid at 20°C.
