The device has a main part (11) i.e. sleeve, fixed at interior of an opening (100) formed in a skull (1) of a patient. A fixation part (12) i.e. locking part, is housed at the interior of the main part. The fixation part comprises an axial hole for permitting the passage of a deep cerebral stimulation probe (14).
