A tampon applicator (1) comprises: an outer tube (2), in which an absorber (4) stored inside, an aperture (8) is disposed on one side thereof wherethrough the absorber is extruded, and a grip unit (7) is disposed on the other side thereof an inner tube (3) which extrudes the absorber (4) by moving within the outer tube (2) an auxiliary grip member (10). The auxiliary grip member (10) further comprises a cover unit (11) which covers the outer circumference surface of the grip unit, and collar unit (12) which extends radially outwards from the outer circumference surface of the cover unit of the outer tube.
