A fatigue reducing device using a near-infrared LED comprises a DC power source supplying unit； a charging unit for charging a built-in battery through a power source applied from the DC power source supplying unit； a switching unit turned on and off by the input of a user； a near-infrared LED lamp unit for irradiating near-infrared rays； a USB communication unit for performing a communication in a USB standard； a saving unit for saving a charging alarm comment； a speaker unit for audio guidance； and a control unit receiving a power source from the charging unit when the switching unit is turned on to irradiate near-infrared rays from the near-infrared LED lamp unit, outputting the charging alarm comment saved in the saving unit through the speaker unit when a power source level of the charging unit falls to or below a critical value, and communicating with external devices through the USB communication unit. The device can be produced in a mouse pad shape by comprising a plate-shaped mouse supporting unit； and a wrist supporting unit formed in one side of the mouse supporting unit, including a module built therein, containing a filler filled therein to protect the module, and having elasticity to support the wrist, wherein the module includes the DC power source supplying unit, charging unit, switching unit, near-infrared LED lamp unit, USB communication unit, saving unit, speaker unit, and control unit.
