The present application relates to an anhydrous composition comprising, in an oily phase: a) particles of at least one polymer stabilized on the surface by a stabilizing agent, the polymer of the particles being a polymer of C1- (meth) acrylate alkyl C4； the stabilizing agent being a polymer of isobornyl (meth) acrylate chosen from the homopolymer of isobornyl (meth) acrylate and the random copolymers of isobornyl (meth) acrylate and of (meth) acrylate in C1-C4 present in a weight ratio - isobornyl (meth) acrylate / C1-C4 alkyl (meth) acrylate greater than 4； and b) at least one volatile hydrocarbon oil, and c) at least one film-forming silicone vinyl polymer； and d) at least one phenylated silicone non-volatile oil. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for making up and / or caring for human keratin materials, such as the skin, keratin fibers such as the eyelashes, the eyebrows and their contours, consisting in applying to said keratin materials a composition as defined previously.
