Inventive embodiments disclosed herein include a water-based formulation that includes silane-modified Styrene/acrylic ester copolymer in a concentration of 29.0 percent by weight polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion in a concentration of 5.0 percent by weight propylene glycol butyl ether in a concentration of 3.0 percent by weight and water in a concentration of at least about 53.0 percent by weight.
