PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that eliminates the need for a computer to be installed fixedly near the apparatus or for a barcode reader to be connected with the apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a body section, an attachment section, a communication section, and a body control section. The body section is used to acquire information on eyes to be examined. The attachment section has a portable terminal with a communication function attached thereto. The communication section performs information communication with the portable terminal.
