An oral care composition suitable for cleaning the surfaces of the oral cavity, the composition comprising: an aqueous continuous phase including at least 1% by weight (based on the total weight of the composition) of one or more polyhydric alcohols； from 1 to 70% by weight (based on the total weight of the composition) of particulate silica abrasive in which the particulate silica abrasive has a volume average particle size (d50)ranging from 1 to 15 microns and which is dispersed in the aqueous continuous phase, characterised in that the aqueous continuous phase is structured with a matrix of activated citrus fibre particles.La présente invention concerne une composition de soin buccal adaptée pour nettoyer les surfaces de la cavité buccale, la composition comprenant : une phase continue aqueuse comprenant au moins 1 % en poids (sur la base du poids total de la composition) d'un ou plusieurs polyols ； de 1 à 70 % en poids (sur la base du poids total de la composition) d'abrasif de silice particulaire où l'abrasif de silice particulaire a une taille de particule moyenne en volume (d50) dans la plage de 1 à 15 microns et est dispersé dans la phase continue aqueuse, caractérisée en ce que la phase continue aqueuse est structurée avec une matrice de particules de fibres d'agrume actives.
