SOLUTION: This blood-sucking activity inhibiter preventing the mosquitoes from blood-sucking activity or stinging/biting activity is characterized by containing a bitter-taste agent (e.g denatonium benzoate) as an active ingredient and also containing an organic acid and/or its salt and preferably the organic acid is at least one of ascorbic acid and citric acid.
