A needle device according to the present invention comprises: a needle body having a needle mounted thereon； and a body housing having the needle body assembled therewith to make the needle outwardly protrude, in which an outward protrusion length of the needle is adjusted when an assembled position of the needle body is changed. According to the present invention, an assembled position of the needle body with respect to the body housing is changed, so an outward protrusion length of the needle adjusted. Accordingly, the needle may be inserted for each part of skin or at a suitable depth according to medicine, and the penetration of medicine may be effectively performed. Moreover, a syringe according to the resent invention comprises an automatic launching means for automatically operating a launcher when skin contact of an operator and an operated subject is sensed. When a needle is inserted in the skin of an operated subject, launching through the needle is automatically performed. Accordingly, the needle is prevented from being moved and forced while being stuck in skin, and a change in the depth of the needle is prevented. Factors causing pain to an operated subject are removed, and the penetration of medicine may be improved.본 발명에 따른 니들장치는, 니들이 장착된 니들본체； 및 상기 니들이 외부로 돌출되게 상기 니들본체가 조립되며, 상기 니들본체의 조립위치가 변경되면서 상기 니들의 외부돌출길이가 조절되는 본체하우징；을 포함한다.이와 같이 본 발명은, 본체하우징에 대한 니들본체의 조립위치가 변경되면서 니들의 외부돌출길이가 조절되는 구성됨으로써, 피부의 부분별 또는 약물에 따른 적정깊이로 바늘이 삽입될 수 있음에 따라, 약물의 침투가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있다.또한, 본 발명에 따른 주사기기는, 시술자 및 피시술자의 피부접촉이 감지되면 발사기가 자동으로 작동되도록 자동발사수단이 구성되어, 니들이 피시술자의 피부에 삽입되면 니들을 통한 발사가 자동으로 이루어짐으로써, 니들이 움직여서 피부에 박힌 채로 밀리거나 니들의 깊이가 변동되는 것을 방지함에 따라, 피시술자에 대한 통증유발요인을 제거하고 약물의 침투효과를 증대시킬 수 있다.
