PURPOSE: A method for producing antibiotics marker-free/herbicide complex resistant creeping bentgrass plant is provided to improve weed herbicidal effect and to enhance creeping bentgrass productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing antibiotics marker-free/herbicide complex resistant creeping bentgrass plant comprises: a step of transforming Agrobacterium with a plant expression vector containing herbicide resistant bar gene and CP4-EPSPS(P4 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3- phosphate synthase) gene without an antibiotic marker gene； a step of co-culturing the transformed Agrobacteriuam and creeping bentgrass embryogenic callus； a step of selecting new shoots transformed from the embryogenic callus and growing； and a step of testing herbicide resistance using glufosinate ammonium and glyphosate. The plant expression vector is p35S-EPSPS-B vector.본 발명은 제초제 저항성 bar 유전자 및 CP4-EPSPS 유전자를 포함하고, 항생제 마커 유전자를 포함하지 않는 식물 발현 벡터를 이용한 항생제 마커-프리(marker free) 제초제 복합 저항성 크리핑 벤트그라스 식물체의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 항생제 마커-프리(marker free) 제초제 복합 저항성 크리핑 벤트그라스 식물체에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 크리핑 벤트그라스 식물체는 두 가지의 비선택성 제초제에 복합 저항성을 가지므로 잡초 방제효과를 향상시킬 수 있어 크리핑 벤트그라스 생산성을 높이고, 항생제 마커-프리이기 때문에 항생제 내성 확산 문제를 일으키지 않으며, 이의 재배시 상기 두 가지의 비선택성 제초제를 혼합 또는 체계 처리함으로써 잡초방제 효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 글리포제이트 처리 농도에 따라 초장 신장을 억제시킬 수도 있어 예초(풀베기) 작업횟수를 줄일 수 있는 장점을 가진다.
