PURPOSE: A vaccine including recombinant Clostridium antigen protein, Net-B or PFO, is provided to effectively prevent necrotic enteritis in chicken, to reduce occurrence of necrotic enteritis, to strengthen chicken health, and to reduce economic loss in a farmhouse. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine composition for preventing necrotic enteritis in chicken contains Clostridium perfringens-derived recombinant Clostridium antigen protein, Net-B or PFO. The vaccine composition additionally contains a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant. The Clostridium antigen protein is prepared by natural extraction or genetic recombination. The genetic recombination comprises: a step of inserting a nucleic acid sequence encoding the antigen protein into an expression vector； a step of transforming the vector to a host cell and culturing a transformant； and a step of obtaining the antigen protein from the transformant.본 발명은 닭의 괴사성 장염(necrotic enteritis)을 예방할 수 있는 백신 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 재조합 클로스트리디알 항원 단백질 Net-B와 PFO를 아쥬반트와 혼합하여 제조한 닭의 괴사성 장염 예방 백신 조성물에 관한 것이며, 본 발명의 백신은 닭의 괴사성 장염을 예방하는데 탁월한 효능이 있어 닭의 괴사성 장염의 발병을 감소시키며, 이를 통해 닭의 건강 증진뿐만 아니라 농가의 경제적 손실도 줄일 수 있다.
