The flow regulator includes first, second, and third cylinder assemblies that are coaxially aligned. The flow regulator includes a continuous helical fluid passage formed between the first cylinder and the first cylinder and the second cylinder. The regulator includes the bypass holes formed in the second cylinder to communicate with the spiral passages. The regulator also includes fluid passages formed between the second cylinder and the third cylinder fitted to the second cylinder. The through holes communicate with the fluid passages, respectively. One of the passages may be selected for selection of a predetermined flow rate.
