Plus particulièrement, la présente invention porte sur les anticorps monoclonaux 515h7 et 301ae5, spécifiques vis-à-vis de la protéine cxcr4, ainsi que sur leur utilisation pour le traitement d'une infection à vih. L'invention porte également sur des compositions pharmaceutiques composées de tels anticorps et sur un procédé pour la sélection de tels anticorps.
