Provided are a biosignal processing method and an apparatus thereof. The biosignal processing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting a biosignal generated by movements of the heart located in a second region of a subject from a first region of the subject generating a biosignal waveform from the biosignal determining a relative location of the first region to the second region by using at least one from the biosignal waveform or the direction of the first region and transforming the biosignal waveform into a reference biosignal waveform by using the relative location.
