To provide an air mat device which requires no installation of a special sensor or device for performing inner pressure adjustment of the air mat corresponding to the operation of raising and lowering the back, can correspond to various beds, and enables optimum inner pressure control of the air mat corresponding to the operation of raising and lowering the back, with a simple structure while suppressing a cost of manufacturing.SOLUTION: An air mat device 10 to be used on a bed 12 comprises: a base sheet 14 an air mat 16 placed at a base sheet 14 upper surface side an inner pressure detection means 20 for detecting change in inner pressure of the air mat 16 and an inner pressure adjustment means 22 for adjusting inner pressure of the air mat 16.
