The invention relates to a method for determining cardiac conduction, in particular the cardiac conduction of a subject, the method including: (i) providing induced sinoatrial bodies (iSABs) comprising cardiac pacemaker cells; (ii) providing working myocardium cardiomyocytes, in particular working myocardium cardiomyocytes of the subject; (iii) measuring the cardiac conduction; wherein the induced sinoatrial bodies according to (i) and the working myocardium cardiomyocytes according to (ii) are spatially separated but arranged in conductive communication with one another.
