PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical clamping device capable of being delivered into a body cavity through a relatively small hole, and preventing bleeding and leakage of internal secretion from a dissection end part of a biological organ.SOLUTION: A medical clamping device 10A includes a clamping mechanism 12 configured so as to be opened and closed, which can clamp a biological organ 20 from two directions, and an energizing mechanism 14 capable of elastically energizing the clamping mechanism 12 in a direction to close it.
