Формируют противозавиток, при этом выполняют разрез кожи на задней поверхности ушной раковины с последующей ее сепарацией от хряща ушной раковины и от ушных мышц. Отсекают ушные мышцы от хряща ушной раковины. При этом производят формирование ложа для ушной раковины посредством частичного отслоения ушных мышц от сосцевидного отростка. Место прикрепления ушных мышц к сосцевидному отростку не отсекают, затем производят подшивание неотслоенных ушных мышц сосцевидного отростка нитью к намеченному наружному краю противозавитка. Способ позволяет снизить риск возникновения рецидива и развития послеоперационных дефектов, в частности риск образования лигатурных свищей. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 5 ил.
