PURPOSE: A package of liquid chemicals is provided to store and selectively discharge non-volatile or volatile functional liquid without loss. CONSTITUTION: A package of liquid chemicals consists of a first tube with elasticity. The first tube combines an absorption unit and the one side of the first tube with an opening, forms a first space inside thereof, and is connected to the opening. A second tube absorbs liquid into the absorption part by a capillary phenomenon between the absorption part and the first tube in a state the opening is closed by being connected to the first space.본 발명의 기능성 액체의 선택적 유출이 가능한 도구는 흡수부와, 상기 흡수부에 부분 수용되고 내부에 형성시킨 제1공간에 기능성 액체를 충진하고 흡수부에 수용된 제1공간에는 개구공을 형성시킨 제1튜브와, 상기 제1튜브의 개구공이 위치한 제1공간 내부에 설치되어 개구공을 패쇄시킨 상태에서 외부의 힘에 의해 파손되면 흡수부로 기능성 액체를 유출시키는 제2튜브로 포함된다.
