PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to visually recognize a current set flow rate of working fluid during adjustment of the flow rate in a dental handpiece which adjusts the flow rate of the working fluid.SOLUTION: In the inner peripheral surface of an operation ring 70, a guide groove 72 extending in the range of a rotation angle of <360° is formed so as to prevent the operation ring 70 from rotating 360° or more.
