PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray radiographing apparatus which works for both CT imaging and general still-image photographing and acquires images which are effective for diagnoses without impairing operability for setting a height of an X-ray imaging part and safety.SOLUTION: An operator adjusts a position of the X-ray imaging part by operating a foot switch (S1). A control part determines whether subject supporting members such as a chair and a backrest are located at a CT imaging position by signals from a supporting member position sensor (S2). The control part permits lifting and lowering movements in accordance with the operation by the operator when the signals from an imaging part position sensor are within a range of CT imaging in a CT imaging status (S3-S6). The operator stops lifting and lowering at a desired position. When the X-ray imaging part reaches the limit position of the CT imaging range by the lifting and lowering, the X-ray imaging part is controlled to stop at the position and not to lift or lower any more (S4-S8), and the X-ray imaging part is located within the CT imaging range all the time during the CT imaging. In addition, when the subject supporting members are in the general still-image photographing status, the control part controls to enable lifting and lowering of the X-ray imaging part in accordance with the operation by the operator regardless of the result of the signal from the imaging part position sensor (S9-S10).COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】CT撮影と一般静止画撮影とを兼用し、X線撮影部の高さ設定の操作性、安全性を損うことなく、診断に有効な画像を得る。【解決手段】技師はX線撮影部の位置をフットスイッチの操作により調整する(S1)。制御部は支持部材位置検知器からの信号により椅子、背当ての被検者支持部材がCT撮影位置にあるかを判断する(S2)。CT撮影の状態の場合に、制御部は撮影部位置検知器からの信号がCT撮影範囲の間は、技師の操作に従い昇降動作を許可する(S3~S6)。技師は所望の位置で昇降を停止させる。昇降によりCT移動範囲の限界位置に達するとその位置で停止し、それ以上の昇降は行わないように制御され(S4~S8)、CT撮影時は常にX線撮影部がCT撮影範囲内に位置する。また、被検者支持部材が一般静止画撮影の状態にある場合に、制御部は撮影部位置検知器からの信号結果に拘わらず、技師の操作に従ってX線撮影部の昇降が行えるように制御する(S9~S10)。【選択図】図4
