PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform water supply and drainage at one part of the bottom of a water tank and to gradually supply water to the water tank without recognition by pets.SOLUTION: The water supply and drainage device for pet water tanks is useful as a swimming pool for pet rehabilitation or a bath for pet bathing and includes a recess-like water supply and drainage part 21 on the inner bottom of the water tank 1. The water supply and drainage part 21 includes a side water intake 23 connected through a flexible pipe 25 that is extended downward from a stopper 24 arranged at the upper part of water tank 1 and water is supplied in such a way that water is gradually sprung out from the side water intake 23 to the upper part of the inner bottom. The water supply and drainage part 21 includes a bottom drainage hole 22 disposed with a valve 28 connected to a stopper 26 arranged at the upper part of the water tank 1 through an operation member 27 slidable along the length direction in a guide pipe 36.
